Rapid Resolution Therapy™ is probably the most efficient and effective method for quickly and painlessly eliminating painful and troubling emotions that stem from past experiences and current stressful situations. This approach, developed by Jon Connelly, Ph.D., LCSW, a world renowned psychotherapist, trainer, and author, is a powerful tool for powerfully transforming a person’s distorted thinking and subsequent emotional response. It does this by addressing and adjusting both the conscious (superficial) and the subconscious (deeper) parts of the mind. Amazingly, this is accomplished without the person having to re-experience and re-live painful and traumatic emotions. There are three primary

parts to this approach:

• Transformational Communication: Changing thinking patterns and behaviors by removing judgments and labels that are often distorted.

• Rapid Resolution: Clears the mind of troubling emotions that are often in response to past experiences. Like clearing out the unwanted clutter in an unused room of the house.

• Dynamic Hypnotherapy: Strengthens and anchors the changes by adjusting the conscious and subconscious minds to respond to desired feelings, thoughts, and behaviors occur automatically.

• Usually the client will notice dramatic relief and/or elimination of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, shame, frozen grief, and drug/alcohol cravings within 1-3 sessions.
